Hey CVC
Just wanna say thanks to everyone that came up to me after the 3s race yesterday, gave me water, and pats on the shoulder. I was not really feeling all that great afterwards, took a while for my head to clear up and my fluids to be back in balance. If it seemed like I was going to fall over, that's a pretty accurate assessment.
Most of all, thanks to the CVC Cat3s for putting on a clinic in blocking. Couldn't have done it without you.

Thank you to the CVC guys in the Masters 30+ race. Your presence at the front was definitely felt in the break as we could see the gap stretch a little during the key laps. It was a fun experience for me to be able to stay with guys of that caliber. So, Jonathan, Eric E., and Matt - Thank you.
